Shailesh S Vilankar

Shailesh S Vilankar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in field operations and human resources, primarily at Schindler India and its parent company, Schindler Group. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Field Operations, Vilankar has also held significant roles such as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Operations at Schindler India Pvt Ltd. Prior to Schindler, Vilankar gained valuable experience as a Sales Manager at Bharat Bijlee Ltd. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Mumbai, obtained between 1990 and 1994, and completion of schooling at Raja Shivaji Vidyalaya from 1980 to 1989.
