Shankar Malge

Shankar Malge is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in industrial engineering and manufacturing, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Schindler India since June 2022, focusing on industrial engineering and supplier development. Prior to this, Shankar held the position of Assistant General Manager at Micromatic Grinding Technologies Ltd., where responsibilities included project management. A stint as an Independent Consultant involved implementing greenfield projects and setting up world-class manufacturing systems. Shankar's career also includes roles at Whirlpool Corporation, Caresoft Global, Mahindra & Mahindra, Blue Star Limited, and JCB, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing engineering, lean manufacturing, and operations management. Shankar Malge holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University, obtained in 2006.
