Surindam Dutta

Surindam Dutta is an experienced human resources professional with a background in various leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as Head HR- BSC at Schindler India, Surindam has held multiple positions within the company, including Regional Human Resources Manager for both the entire NEWC region and specifically for North, East, and Central India. Prior experience includes roles as Area Head HR at Eureka Forbes Ltd and Team Manager HR at The Redwood Horizon. Surindam Dutta holds an MBA in Human Resources from the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, completed between 2004 and 2006, and has further educational credentials from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
