Ivan Chapa has accumulated diverse experience in sales and logistics since April 2017, serving as a Salesperson at Schamberger Bros., Inc. In addition, Ivan has been a Shipping Coordinator at Chicago Glue Machine & Supply Co., Inc. since February 2013, where responsibilities include staging orders, requesting rate quotes, scheduling carriers, billing outbound shipments, receipt entry, and coordinating shipments. Since March 2016, Ivan works as a Bartender at Myths and Legends Brewing Company, available on Sundays, while also functioning as a Sample Beer Pourer for Schlafly Beer - The Saint Louis Brewery™ at various events in the Chicagoland area since February 2016. Ivan Chapa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Western Illinois University, completed in 2006.

Schlafly Beer is proud to be MO's largest locally owned independent brewery; brewing over 70 styles of craft beer each year. When we opened our doors in 1991 we had no business plan but we did have a vision: To make great beer and great food and try to have fun doing it. Twenty-plus years on, our business plan is still almost as simple as our original vision: To make a wide variety of great beers, sell as much as we can in our local market, and throw great parties. We are first and foremost a local brewery selling within roughly a 300 mile radius from the breweries. This gets our trucks there and back in a day, keeps the beer at its freshest and creates minimum carbon footprint. For now, Schlafly Beer is available in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee. Limited distribution can also be found in Washington DC, New York City, Virginia, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware.
