Caitlyn Passchier Gooding

Caitlyn Passchier Gooding currently serves as the Director of Recreation and Volunteer Services at Schlegel Villages since January 2017, bringing extensive experience in the field. Prior to this role, Caitlyn worked at The Village of Winston Park from June 2008 to January 2017, holding positions as Recreation Coordinator for both Retirement Home and Long Term Care. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Leadership in Long Term Care and Retirement Living from Conestoga College, earned in 2018, a Diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services from Conestoga College (2010), a Certificate in Human Services Foundations from Conestoga College (2008), and completion of a First Time Managers Course from Learn Smart.
