Julie Maidment

Julie Maidment is an experienced leader in the healthcare and long-term care sectors, currently serving as General Manager at Schlegel Villages since May 2022. Prior to this role, Maidment was Executive Director at Revera Inc. from January 2020 to May 2022 and held various positions at Schlegel Villages from 2003 to 2020, including Assistant General Manager, Neighbourhood Coordinator, Director of Recreation, and Administrative Assistant. Maidment began a career in human resources at Hudson's Bay Company, working as a Human Resources Assistant from 1999 to 2003. In terms of education, Maidment is pursuing a Certificate in Leadership in Retirement and Long Term Care from Conestoga College and holds a Certificate in Long Term Care Administration/Management from the Ontario Healthcare Association, along with a Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Centennial College.
