Victoria Knight

Victoria Knight has extensive experience in food service management, currently serving as the Food Service Director at Schlegel Villages since August 2021. Prior to this role, Victoria completed a Food Service Supervisor Intern position at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital in June 2021, where responsibilities included supervising food service operations, utilizing dietary software, and managing inventory. Previous experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at LCBO from 2017 to 2020 and as Team Manager at Famtel Solutions from June 2015 to August 2017. Victoria holds a Food and Nutrition Management Diploma from Humber College and a High School Diploma from Barrie Learning Centre.
