Carolina Bernhard is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and innovation. Currently serving as Senior Global Brand Manager at schleich® since May 2021, Carolina has previously held various roles including Senior Global Product Manager, Product Manager, and Brand Innovation Manager at Molkerei Alois Müller GmbH & Co. KG. Prior experience includes several positions at Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe GmbH & Co. KGaA, where Carolina advanced from Praktikant Brand Management to Brand Manager, as well as positions at Vaillant Group, Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf, and Hubert Burda Media. Carolina holds a Master of Arts in Marketing Management from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication Management from the same institution, complemented by a brief study period at Hawaii Pacific University.
