Rich K.

Rich K. has extensive experience in various accounting and finance roles. Rich served as the CFO at Schlouch Incorporated, where they led a team of 290 individuals and oversaw accounting, finance, contract/risk management, information technology, HR, insurance, benefits, and administrative functions. Rich also played a key role in the successful implementation of new divisions and conducted financial analysis. Prior to that, they worked at Beard Miller Company (now Baker Tilly) as an Audit & Accounting Manager, where they provided accounting, tax, and value-added services to construction contractors, real estate developers, and manufacturers. Rich managed a team and was responsible for technical proficiency, training, consulting services, and business development. Additionally, Rich K. worked at Toll Brothers as an Assistant Controller, supervising accounting and financial reporting for multiple divisions and preparing cash flow projections and financial statements. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Audit & Accounting Manager at Kreischer Miller, where they coordinated accounting and tax services for clients and served as "acting controller" for several clients. Rich also prepared financial statements, budgets, cash flow projections, and management recommendation letters.

Rich K. attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. During their time at the university, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. After completing their education, Rich obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the AICPA in 1988. In 2012, they acquired the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation from the same institution. Additionally, in 2015, Rich obtained the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) certification from the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Professionals (ICCIFP).
