Mohd Shukri Hamsah

Mohd Shukri Hamsah is a skilled Welding Engineer with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in the petrochemical and subsea industries. Currently employed at Schmidt + Clemens Group since June 2022, Mohd Shukri specializes in the fabrication of steam crackers and reformers, focusing on super austenitic alloy stainless steel casting with high corrosion resistance. Previously, at Aker Solutions from December 2009 to June 2022, Mohd Shukri was involved in the fabrication and manufacturing of subsea package systems, serving as Lead Welding QC on significant projects for major drilling companies. Earlier roles include QA/QC Inspector at Vastalux Sdn. Bhd. and Engineering Inspector at SGS. Mohd Shukri holds a Master's degree in Material Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology in Welding and Quality Inspection from Universiti Kuala Lumpur, along with additional qualifications in corrosion and non-destructive testing.
