James Layne

James Layne has over 15 years of experience in project management and business development within the aluminum and extrusion industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Schmiede Corporation since March 2017, James previously held the role of Business Development Manager at Sapa Extrusions North America from August 2009 to January 2017, and worked as an Operation Manager at Hydro Aluminum North America from September 2006 to August 2009. James is an alumnus of Drake State Community and Technical College, where studies were completed from 1996 to 1998.
