Alexandra Taylor Wiles

Alexandra Taylor Wiles, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Schnabel Engineering, where responsibilities include leading HR strategy for a firm of over 600 employees and overseeing compliance, employee relations, and operational efficiencies. Previously, Alexandra held the position of Human Resources Program Manager, focusing on talent development and employee engagement. With a background in development and philanthropic engagement from VPM and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond, Alexandra also has experience in marketing and grant research through various internships. Alexandra earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Richmond and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies and minors in Business Administration and Theatre.
