Rachel Reardon

Rachel Reardon, PE, is a Project Engineer at Schnabel Engineering since January 2024, previously working as a Consultant and Geotechnical Engineer at WSP USA from July 2021 to January 2024. During this time, Rachel conducted geotechnical investigations, seismic hazard studies, numerical analyses, and provided design solutions for various infrastructure projects, including bridges and renewable energy facilities. Rachel's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant and Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Davis, where research focused on the behavior of coarse-grained soils under shear tests. Additional roles include positions as Assistant Consultant and Geotechnical Intern at WSP USA, Construction Management Intern at McCarthy Building Companies, Research Engineer at SPAWAR, and Project Administrator Assistant at Suffolk Construction. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University.
