Rick Vincent, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in tunnel design and project management. Currently serving as Principal and Senior Vice President at Schnabel Engineering since June 2025, Rick previously held the position of CSO Collection Systems Design Manager at Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District from February 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities included managing the design of capital improvements for major tunnel systems. Prior to that, Rick was a Senior Associate and Vice President at McMillen Jacobs Associates from December 2010 to January 2016, focusing on project management and geotechnical interpretations for significant sewer projects. Rick began the career as a Senior Structural/Tunnel Engineer at Jacobs Engineering from September 1993 to November 2010, leading the tunnel regional practice and overseeing substantial underground construction projects valued over $3 billion. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, earned in 1995.
