Paul Martinez

Paul Martinez is a paralegal in Schnader’s Litigation Department in the San Francisco office, focusing on all types of general litigation matters. He has particular experience in Song-Beverly defense. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to, collection and organization of documents for review and production, deposition, preparation of expert and witness materials and notebooks for trials, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings. Mr. Martinez is proficient in the preparation of cases trials, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings, including preparing exhibits, exhibit lists, deposition designations, and pre-trial motions and filings.
