Fayeann Hauer

Fayeann Hauer, MHS, CPRP, currently serves as the Director of Physician & Provider Recruitment and Retention at Schneck Medical Center, a position held since January 2016, following roles as Director of Physician Recruitment & Retention and Physician Recruiter within the same organization. Prior to this, Fayeann worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Rose Acre Farms from May 2007 to December 2015 and was an Indianapolis 500 Festival Ambassador from January 2011 to February 2012. Fayeann earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science from Ball State University between 2009 and 2013, followed by a Master of Science degree from Indiana State University from 2013 to 2015.
