Sinisa Cvijanovic

Sinisa Cvijanovic has a diverse work experience in the field of system architecture and software development. Sinisa started their career at Telvent DMS as a scholarship student in August 2007. Sinisa then worked as a software engineer from March 2008 to September 2009, before being promoted to the role of senior software developer from September 2009 to March 2011.

Afterwards, Sinisa joined Schneider Electric Hub, where they held several roles. Sinisa started as a Deputy Leader from March 2011 to August 2013, followed by a position as Team Lead from September 2013 to March 2014. Sinisa then progressed to the role of System Architect from March 2014 to July 2015.

Sinisa's significant career advancement at Schneider Electric Hub came when they became the Head of the System Architects Department in July 2015. In this role, they served as the Head of Department, Chief Architect, and Technical Lead. Their main responsibilities included creating a technology strategy that aligned with business goals and user needs, achieving system architecture objectives, ensuring optimal operation of the System Architecture team, and approving new ideas and proposals related to System Architecture.

Sinisa's most recent role at Schneider Electric Hub, which they currently hold, is that of Chief System Architect, starting from September 2020. In this position, they are accountable for system-level architecture and the continuous development of the system architecture discipline across the enterprise. Sinisa also oversees governance around the selection of architectural solutions for release and handles human capital management.

Sinisa Cvijanovic obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of Novi Sad, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they received their high school education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Saobracajna i elektro skola Doboj, graduating in 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Sinisa Cvijanovic has also obtained various certifications. Sinisa completed the Schneider Electric Build The Great Leaders program, the Schneider Electric Edison Expert Level 1 certification, and the Transforming Schneider Leadership Level 4 Completion program, all in December 2020.
