Abir Bakouch

Abir Bakouch is a recruitment and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in Francophone Africa and Islands. Currently serving at Schneider Electric since March 2023, Abir previously worked as a recruitment consultant at Clever Council from October 2020 to February 2023, and as a resource manager at Onefield from November 2019 to October 2020. Earlier roles include recruitment officer at Sofrecom, where responsibilities encompassed candidate sourcing and interviewing, as well as internships in human resources at Hôpital Cheikh Zayed and ATNER, focusing on recruitment processes and employee motivation. Abir holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from High Technology High School and completed preparatory classes at Leonard de Vinci.
