Ahmed Elghonamy

Ahmed Elghonamy is an experienced data architect and manager with a strong background in data storage, IoT, and Big Data services at Schneider Electric since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ahmed served as a Senior Enterprise Architect and Senior Enterprise Data Architect at McKinsey & Company for over two years. Ahmed's earlier career includes significant positions such as Group Manager for Data/AI at Avanade, Principal Data Architect at Inflexxion, Database Architect at Imperia Corporation, and Sr. Consultant at Burntsand. Possessing extensive expertise in architecting Big Data solutions and enterprise data warehouses, Ahmed has utilized technologies like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and various data management tools to drive successful project implementations. Ahmed holds two Master of Science degrees in Data Analytics and Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Pure Mathematics and Computer Science from Ain Shams University.
