Bhaskar Sinha

Bhaskar Sinha is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in innovation, product management, and business development. Currently serving as the Director of the Innovation Lab at Schneider Electric since June 2016, Bhaskar focuses on transforming core businesses by aligning technology and customer needs within future markets. Previous roles at Schneider Electric include General Manager and Associate General Manager, where Bhaskar led the creation of next-generation products and developed high-performance teams. Prior experience at Geometric Ltd. encompassed leadership in the Innovation Business Unit and management of multiple technology portfolios involving IoT, mobility, and big data analytics. Bhaskar's academic credentials include a BTech in Aerospace from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, an MS in Computational Engineering from Mississippi State University, and completion of the Transforming Schneider Leadership program at INSEAD.
