Carolina Terrazas

Carolina Terrazas (de Arriba) currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Management & Development at Schneider Electric, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Carolina was with Bosch USA from June 2009 to February 2022, where responsibilities included Vice President of Human Resources, Talent and Organizational Development, and Director of Human Resources with specific focuses on the Powertrain Solutions and Gasoline Systems divisions. Earlier experience includes various managerial and director roles at Lear Corporation, spanning from December 2002 to 2009, focusing on organizational development, staffing, and human resources. Carolina holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Industrial Administration from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana.
