Charise Le

After 15 years in a number of HR roles across Schneider Electric, in April 2020 Charise was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. Before joining Schneider Electric, she gained experience at various international companies which were maturing their operations in China. Having led HR teams in Businesses, Sales organizations and Rewards, her most recent position was SVP HR Services and People Strategy. As the engine of HR in a global company, it gave her tremendous insights into HR Tech, future trends and market practices. On a personal level, she enjoys being part of a high performing team, leading transformation and digital challenges.
