Deirdre Murphy

Deirdre Murphy has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at Schneider Electric since 2009, where notable roles have included Change Champion for the Skills Transformation Project, SVP of HR in Industrial Automation, and Vice President HR for Industry Process Automation. Deirdre has driven HR strategies to support workplace changes and digital transformations, provided leadership in talent management, and overseen HR due diligence and integration during acquisitions. Prior to Schneider Electric, Deirdre held significant HR positions at Citect, Fujitsu, and Prince PLC, among others, developing skills in performance management, employee development, and HR program implementation. Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Business in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney.
