Divya Seethapathy

Divya Seethapathy is an accomplished professional currently serving as Director of Virtual Factory at Schneider Electric since September 2016, overseeing Brandlabelling operations across East Asia, Japan, Pacific, and India. Previously, Divya held multiple leadership roles within Schneider Electric, focusing on procurement efficiency and technology deployment across the India, Middle East, and Africa regions. Prior experience includes management positions at Larsen & Toubro, where responsibilities encompassed materials management for defense and aerospace, cost control in supply chain operations, and design engineering. Divya holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from PSG College of Technology, complemented by a leadership program certification from INSEAD.
