James Theler

James Theler, MBA, currently serves as Procurement Project Leader at Schneider Electric since April 2025. Prior to this role, James held the position of Director of Procurement at GiftCash from January 2024 to April 2025, overseeing a $10 million procurement volume and managing a procurement budget of $5 million. From August 2022 to December 2023, James was the Director of Operations and Supply Chain Management at MIT45, directing supply chain initiatives for a $70 million health and wellness brand. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Supply Chain and Operations at VIIVA, where James managed a $30 million global supply chain, and as Global Logistics Manager at LivElite International, overseeing international logistics and expansion across multiple continents. James holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Utah.
