Jan Musa Laurence

Jan Musa Laurence is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving sales growth and managing high-performance teams across various regions in Indonesia. Currently serving as Head of National Sales - West at Schneider Electric since May 2025, Jan oversees pipeline growth, strategic partnerships, and forecast accuracy for Sumatera, Batam, and Kalimantan. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, where responsibilities spanned both Bag and Bulk business management in East Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and Eastern Indonesia, and a lengthy tenure at Holcim Indonesia that included directing sales operations and team management across multiple regions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of the People and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Indonesia.
