Jean-Philippe Bonnafoux serves as the Global Vice President of Customer Community at Schneider Electric since April 2015, focusing on digital customer support and community engagement. Previously, Jean-Philippe held various leadership positions at Schneider Electric, including VP Growth & Success for the Digital Business and VP Digital Customer Experience for Connected End Users, where strategies for user acquisition, retention, and digital engagement were implemented. Other notable roles include CFO VP Finance for the Data Center & Networks Business Americas and VP Finance for North America's Global Supply Chain.
