Joan Egger

Joan Egger is a Senior Services Customer Project Manager with extensive experience in operations and team management. They previously served as the Director of Service and Maintenance at PermaCold Engineering, Inc, where they led a team of technicians and improved efficiency and customer satisfaction through strategic oversight. Joan also held positions at Pyramid Heating and Cooling, Inc., and Gensco, Inc., where they focused on enhancing customer service and operational processes. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Central Oregon Community College. Joan is passionate about fostering teamwork, process improvement, and achieving work/life balance.
