Joan Soong

Joan Soong is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive talent acquisition and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Executive Recruitment at Schneider Electric since August 2013, Joan has been instrumental in driving digital transformation within the company. Previously, Joan co-founded JA Soong, providing insights on executive recruitment and leadership development from December 2010 to June 2013. Prior to that, as Director of Executive Talent Acquisition at Dell from April 2002 to May 2010, Joan established the executive recruitment function across the Asia Pacific region. Joan's earlier roles include Manager of Executive Recruitment/HR Consulting at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Executive Recruitment Consultant at Templar International Consultants. Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from the National University of Singapore.
