Kaushal Kishore

Kaushal Kishore has extensive experience in Salesforce project management and application support, currently serving as a Salesforce Project Manager (Technical) at Cognizant since November 2021. Prior to this, Kaushal held multiple roles at Schneider Electric from January 2011, including Einstein Analytics Applications Lead, Salesforce Applications Support Lead, Salesforce Applications Release Manager, Application Team Lead, and Senior Software Analyst. In these positions, Kaushal led the development and support of Salesforce CRM and Einstein Analytics applications, managed incident response for critical issues, oversaw application releases, and enhanced process maturity. Earlier experience includes working as a Technology Consultant at HP, where Kaushal designed and developed applications using Microsoft technologies in a global, client-facing environment. Education was obtained from IMS Indore and VVM.
