Lachelle Porter-Ainer

LaChelle Porter-Ainer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and service operations. Since August 2021, LaChelle has been serving as Vice President of Global Customer Support at Schneider Electric. Additionally, LaChelle has been a member of Chief since March 2021. Prior to these roles, LaChelle spent two decades at HP, where positions included Vice President and Head of Global Digital Support and Contact Centers, Senior Director of Service Strategy, Analytics and Operations, Deputy Chief of Staff, Senior Manager of Business Planning and Strategy, and roles in Finance and Marketing Operations Management. LaChelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from San Francisco State University's Lam Family College of Business.
