Melisa Reyes has extensive experience in customer satisfaction, quality management, and continuous improvement within the supply chain sector. As Customer Satisfaction and Quality Director for South America at Schneider Electric since July 2018, Melisa has held several leadership roles, including Satisfaction and Quality Manager and Continuous Improvement and IMS Leader. Prior to Schneider Electric, Melisa worked at PepsiCo from August 2015 to July 2018 as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, focusing on the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies in operations. Melisa’s earlier career at Nestlé S.A. (September 2010 - July 2015) included positions as Focus Improvement Specialist, Process Analyst, and Logistic Support, emphasizing six sigma projects and productivity improvements. Additionally, Melisa has pursued advanced education in leadership and operational strategy from prestigious institutions such as INSEAD and Florida Atlantic University, alongside a Diploma in Strategic Direction from Universidad de Chile.
