Nicole Linehan

Nicole Linehan has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Global IP at Schneider Electric since 2014. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions including Assistant General Counsel and Senior IP Counsel at Invensys from 2003 to 2014, as well as Trademark Counsel. Earlier career experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Polaroid and as an Associate at Seyfarth Shaw. Nicole holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Suffolk University, complemented by business education from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
