Ria Laureijs

Ria Laureijs currently serves in a Strategy and Sustainability role at Schneider Electric, having previously held the position of Director of Supply Chain Strategy at Our Next Energy (ONE) from October 2023 to June 2024. Prior to that, Ria worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company from September 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with clients across various industries and managing multiple direct reports. Ria's earlier experience includes conducting research as a Graduate Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University, consulting for RTI International Metals, and serving as a Research Associate. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and two Master’s degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Engineering and Public Policy and Engineering and Technology Innovation Management, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Chemistry from Grinnell College.
