Shraddha Majali

Shraddha Majali is currently a Sr. Manager at Schneider Electric. Prior to that, they were Regional Sales Manager at FlamencoTech India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2013 to July 2017. In that role, they were responsible for selling hardware/software solutions and services in the smart building internet of things (IoT), cloud, and analytics space to C-level personnel for companies in the IT/ITES, BFSI, manufacturing, and healthcare domains. Shraddha also designed innovative solution flows and created use cases by understanding the customer pain point and based on this, positioning business cases to key stakeholders of the organisation. Some of the notable deals they closed include orders from Barclays Bank, K. Raheja, BMC Software, Matrix, KPIT, NICE Systems, ZS Associates, and Talentica.

As a Sr. Manager at Schneider Electric, their role is to generate revenues by actively taking the digital infrastructure solutions to the market. This involves developing and building relationships with large MNCs in IT/ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing and Healthcare Sector, understanding the problem areas of the customer and offering solution by a collaborative and consultative approach, re-designing the offering to the market by creatively positioning the offering, and using marketing skills to actively reach out to majority and close large value deals while developing relationships with clients.

Shraddha Majali has an MBA in Systems and Marketing from Bangalore University. Shraddha also has a B.E. in Biomedical from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
