Steffen Stang

Steffen Stang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy management and automation industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Software Strategy at Schneider Electric since November 2021, Steffen is at the forefront of leading the digital transformation in this sector. Prior to this role, Steffen spent over two decades at Siemens, where positions included General Manager of Virtual Controller & Industrial Communication, Head of Product Management for SIMATIC, Vice President of MindSphere Product Management and R&D, and various roles in process automation. Steffen holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the University of Applied Science Ernst-Abbe Jena, and has a foundational education from Bundeswehr.
