Talissa Najmi

Talissa Najmi is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in operational leadership and strategic planning. From December 2019 to February 2025, Talissa served as the Global Upstream Supply Chain Director and previously as the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning Director at Schneider Electric, overseeing a $2B sales operation and developing sourcing strategies across the organization. Talissa also held the position of Import Director in the Global Supply Chain at Schneider Electric, leading a team responsible for managing $875M in shipments annually while navigating challenges posed by the Covid crisis. Earlier experience includes an operations internship at Victaulic, where Talissa focused on material requirement planning and spend analysis.
