Tamara Živanović

Tamara Živanović is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR business partnering and training development. At Schneider Electric, from September 2018 to December 2023, Tamara served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Front Office & Digital Grid Sales and Support Functions, as well as a Human Resources Business Partner in the same area, focusing on change management and various HR skills. Previously, Tamara was the Human Resources Director for Serbia and Learning & Development Manager for South East Europe, specializing in training program design. Earlier roles include Office Manager for a project with the Ministry of Agriculture at the European Agency for Reconstruction and Personal Assistant to the Finance Manager at Anadolu Efes. Tamara holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade and completed a course in Design Thinking Fundamentals at DesignThinkers Academy in December 2022.
