Virgil Badiche

Virgil Badiche currently serves as Compliance Counsel & Risk Management at Schneider Electric, contributing to the Group Ethics & Compliance team by enhancing Anti-Corruption and Conflicts of Interest Risk Assessment methodologies and managing global conflicts of interest policies and processes. Prior to this role, Virgil held the position of Corporate Legal Counsel, supporting the IT and HR departments in negotiating data protection agreements. Earlier experience includes work as Legal Counsel for the Department of Corporate Law and International Litigation at PwC Taiwan, focusing on contract reviews and legal monitoring. Virgil holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master in Law and Business Ethics from CY Cergy Paris Université, a Master in Chinese Business Law from Aix-Marseille University, and various law-related degrees from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, complemented by a BA in philosophy.
