Caitlin Garcia

Caitlin Garcia, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Schneider Geospatial, LLC, following a tenure in the same role at 66degrees. With a strong background in directing human resources strategies across the employee lifecycle, Caitlin has demonstrated expertise in employee experience, HR policies, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, M&A integration, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Cloudbakers and various roles at CMG Marketing, Staff Management, and Seaton Corporation. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Indiana University Bloomington.
