Neil Offutt

Neil Offutt is an experienced IT professional specializing in implementation and software development. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at Schneider Geospatial, LLC since January 2024, Neil previously held the position of Implementation Engineer at Aumentum Technologies from November 2021 to January 2024. Prior to that, Neil worked at Fort Hays State University for over eight years as a Senior Applications Developer and Applications Programmer/Analyst. Additional experience includes a role as a Sr. Software Engineer at Thomson Reuters, and earlier positions as a Programmer/Analyst at Manatron and a Government Solutions Developer at Nex-Tech. Neil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Fort Hays State University and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Cloud County Community College.
