Philippe Gaudard joined Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP in 2021 as an Associate Attorney in the Emeryville office. Philippe’s practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on representing employees in employment class actions.
Philippe is admitted to practice law in all state courts of California and the United States District Court for the Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.
Philippe received a Master of Laws (LL.M) in General Studies with a Specialization in Media, Entertainment, and Technology Law and Policy from the University of California – Los Angeles. Prior to that, Philippe graduated with two Masters's degrees in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the Business Law Institute of Aix-Marseille University, France.
Before joining the firm, Philippe gained significant experience in Personal Injury, Employment, and Business litigation while serving as an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Los Angeles, California. Philippe also served as a Junior Counsel for a global corporation headquartered in Irvine, California, where he handled business and legal affairs and advised executives on strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and compliance between North America and Europe.
Before dedicating his full time and energy to his legal education and career, Phillippe was a professional surfer and competed in the qualifying series and Junior tour of the World Surf League.
Philippe is fluent in English and French.
