William Stewart

William is an associate attorney at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP. William’s practice focuses on antitrust litigation, including pharmaceutical pay-for-delay actions. He became admitted to the California State Bar in 2018 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law’s class of 2017, where he was a member of the Internet and Intellectual Property Law Clinic and a senior editor of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal. While studying law in the evening, William worked as a Quality Control Associate and Legal Database Assistant for a medical device manufacturing company. Prior to joining SWCK he was Corporate Counsel and Compliance Officer for a start-up in California’s rapidly evolving cannabis industry.

William received his Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from San Francisco State University where he studied Cancer Biology and Bioinformatics.
