Jazmin Garduño has a diverse work experience in the logistics and customer service industry. Jazmin started their career at FedEx as a Customer Service Liaison and later worked at Grupo Carolina, S.A. de C.V., where they served as an International Department Representative, handling logistics operations for major companies within the group. Jazmin then joined Schneider National, where they held various positions, including Customer Service, Commercial, and Automotive roles. Jazmin also worked as an Intermodal Rail specialist and Team Leader, Intermodal CS & Operations Manager, and Account Manager for Global/IML/Bulk. Currently, they are with Schneider as the Director of Customer Experience, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing operations. Jazmin's experience includes problem-solving, team collaboration, sales activities, and implementing tools to improve service levels.
Jazmin Garduño earned a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Sur from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Diplomado in International Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2003 to 2004. Jazmin also holds a Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional (Bachelor's degree) from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they completed from 1998 to 2002. Their field of study for both degrees was in International Business/Trade/Commerce, with a focus on Logistics.
