Marci Dwyer

Marci Dwyer is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and training spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Field Recruiter at Schneider since January 2022, Marci previously held the position of Eastern Field Recruiter at McElroy Truck Lines Inc., where responsibilities included building a pipeline of CDL driver prospects and collaborating with the internal recruiting department. Prior roles encompassed recruitment and training positions across several organizations, including TransTech Inc. and Mary Kay Inc., where Marci led a team of consultants. Early career experience involved designing and conducting training programs for the City of Mesa and the State of Arizona, focusing on employee development and management training. Marci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from the University of South Florida.
