Adam J. Goode

Adam joined Schneider Downs in 2007, following seven years of work within the private sector. He provides accounting, assurance and advisory services to both public and privately held companies. Adam leads Schneider Downs’ Accounting Advisory Services Group which provides a variety of accounting and finance consulting and advisory to help businesses to address concerns and challenges within these functions.

Through his technical accounting advisory services, Adam routinely provides companies with the assistance they need to understand complex accounting requirements as well as to help companies adopt new accounting standards in an ever-changing world. Adam closely watches the activity of the FASB and other standard setters and is proactive in advising businesses of upcoming changes. He has authored a number of technical accounting publications and is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars within the region.

In addition, Adam provides outsourced accounting and finance services to companies who have limited resources or simply need additional outside expertise. He has experience advising a wide range of companies, whether it’s a small company that wants to outsource their CFO function or a large company looking to tackle a major accounting project. Adam works closely with his clients to understand their unique business and challenges, so that he can offer practical advice and solutions to help his client base achieve their long-term goals and objectives.
