Nick joined the firm in 2004 and has over 17 years of experience in public accounting. He possesses extensive experience with advisory services, Sarbanes-Oxley procedures, audits, reviews and compilations. Nick is committed to providing the highest level of quality accounting services to a broad range of medium to large public and private companies.

Nick serves a diversified number of construction, real estate, technology, manufacturing, ERISA, retail, professional service and natural resources clients. He is a member of various Schneider Downs internal groups, including the construction and real estate industry groups, the retail industry group, the public company services group and audit and assurance effectiveness committee.

Additionally, Nick is a leader for the firm’s accounting advisory services practice in which he consults with companies on various technical accounting topics and challenges. Nick works closely with his clients to understand their unique business and challenges, so that he can offer practical advice and solutions to help his client base achieve their long-term goals and objectives. He is one of the firm’s subject-matter experts on navigating the new revenue recognition accounting standards. Nick has also authored a number of technical accounting publications and is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars within the region.
