Samantha Stephens

Samantha Stephens has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Samantha began their career at the Cleveland Council on World Affairs, where they managed financial and operational functions of a non-profit organization. From there, they joined Alcoa, starting as a Trade Compliance Specialist/Manager before moving on to become a Business Manager in Analytical Sciences & Spectrochemical Standards. Samantha was responsible for directing all aspects of profit and loss (P/L) inside Alcoa's R&D facility and played a crucial role in developing key partnerships and creating the first online sales channel for Alcoa globally. Samantha then worked at Arconic where they held the position of Sr. Manager in Technology Commercialization & Business Leadership for Spectrochemical Reference Materials. Their responsibilities included commercialization activities and developing relationships with external start-ups, corporations, and universities. Samantha is currently working at Schneller LLC as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, leading market-facing teams with P/L responsibility and overseeing various cross-functional management roles.

Samantha Stephens has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies and another BA degree in Political Science from Baldwin Wallace University. Samantha also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from the same university. In addition, Samantha has obtained a certification in the TransDigm Leadership Development Program from USC Marshall Executive Education in August 2022.
