Christina Cruz

Christina Cruz is an experienced property and event management professional with a background in coordinating complex events and managing properties. At Schnitzer Properties since September 2021, Christina has served as both Property Manager and Leasing Associate. Prior experience includes roles as a Leasing Consultant at IDM Companies and a Meeting Planner at For Good & Company, where responsibilities included venue searches, contract negotiations, and managing various aspects of client events across North America. Christina's event management expertise was further demonstrated at Schnitzer Properties as an Event Manager, coordinating high-profile corporate and art functions, and at VTM Group as a Senior Event Manager, leading domestic and international events. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University, completed in 2008.
