Karen Villanueva

Karen Villanueva is an accomplished professional with a strong background in property administration and project management. Currently serving as an Insurance & Property Admin at Schnitzer Properties since May 2024, Karen manages insurance for tenants and collaborates with the Risk Management department on related issues. Previously, at Hotel del Coronado, Karen held the role of Property Operations Project Assistant, where project plan execution and risk management were key responsibilities. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at World Premier Agency from August 2021 to May 2023, Karen led comprehensive recruitment initiatives while fostering relationships with hiring managers.
